How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are typically 45 minutes via Google Meet. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, but we'll find a cadence that works for your life and goals. The last 15 minutes of the hour are dedicated to administration logistics (scheduling the following session time, billing for session completion, and for me to take care of my needs before the next session in my schedule).
Do you offer sessions online?
Yes — all sessions are only available via video call, so you can work with me from anywhere. Make sure that you're not driving, and if you want full privacy, make sure that you're in a room with a closed door.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
No - I only do online sessions at this time.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Some clients see meaningful shifts in 4-6 sessions; others prefer ongoing support over several months. We'll check in regularly to make sure the work is serving you.
When I schedule for a session, am I reserving that time slot for myself every week?
No - subsequent sessions are scheduled at the end of each session, rather than keeping a recurring timeslot. This is to allow for individualized session planning, where sometimes extra time between sessions for personal work is more beneficial than immediate, consecutive sessions, or having an extra session in the same week is more beneficial depending on client's goals, development, and present areas of focus. Therefore, sessions are scheduled based on what is available in my calendar at a given time.
How does payment work since you're a virtual practice?
Payment is due at the end of each session via Wave. You will receive an email from Wave containing your invoice and a link that will take you to a payment portal. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card. Please ensure paying for your session right after the session is completed and prior to the following session. This is the purpose of the 15 remaining minutes of the hour, to ensure that there are no backlogs of session fees as we continue our work together.
