Who I Work With

I work with adults ages 21 and up. I'm especially passionate about working with:

  • Multicultural, POC, & immigrant adults
  • Late-diagnosed autistic & ADHD adults
  • Career driven professionals
  • Retirees seeking new purpose
  • Those working to release old shame, refusing to be defined by their past
  • Those seeking to build routine, structure, and accountability in their lives

If you've ever felt like you had to explain yourself twice, once for who you are, and again for how you show up in the world, I get it. Here, you only have to explain yourself once.

Not sure if you fit the criteria above? Reach out anyway, and let's talk about it!

What We'll Work On

My work centers on:

  • Life skills training: organization, planning, basic financial wellness, stress management, confident decision-making, and effective communication
  • Relationship dynamics: enhancing romantic, family, friendship, or professional relationships
  • Identity exploration: making sense of who you are through the lens of intersectionality
  • Mindset & growth: building internal tools to keep moving toward the life you want

We may talk about the past when it gives us useful context for the present and where you're headed, but only to the degree it actually serves your goals. This isn't a space for digging up old wounds for their own sake. It's a space for figuring out who you are now and where you want to go next.

Why Mainichi Mentorship?

"Mainichi" (毎日) is the Japanese word for "every day."

I chose this name because I believe real, lasting change doesn't usually come from one big, dramatic turning point. It comes from the small, sustainable choices we make every single day, the ones that feel almost too small to matter in the moment, but add up to something much bigger over time. This philosophy shapes how I approach mentorship and personal development services, and it's also how I've built sustainable change in my own life. I'm not interested in quick fixes or overnight transformations that don't last. In my experience, chasing those kinds of results often wastes time, money, and energy, and can leave people feeling like they've failed, when really, the approach itself was set up to fail them.

I'm interested in helping you build daily habits, mindsets, and decision-making frameworks that you can actually sustain, the kind that steadily compounds into the life you're working toward. I've come to believe that the real solutions to our problems tend to be fairly simple. It's often us who complicates them, whether that's through overthinking, avoidance, impatience, or chasing a more complicated fix because the simple one feels too small to matter. Mainichi Mentorship is a reflection of that belief: that who you become is built one day at a time through consistency, patience, discipline, and perseverance.

There's a bit of irony built into the name, too. While Mainichi means “every day,” my hope is that you won't need me every day, or even every week, forever. I'm looking to build long-term, collaborative relationships with my clients, but not to create dependency on me. The goal of our work together is that you eventually carry these tools forward on your own, with maybe just the occasional check-in down the road if life throws something your way. Success, to me, looks like you needing me less over time, not more.
